The

Space

The cabin was constructed in 2023 and is solar-powered with battery and generator backup. Completely off-grid. Guests tell us the cabin has the feel of being "away from it all" and "in the middle of nowhere, yet conveniences 20 minutes away". This is the only cabin on the 80-acre property and it is all yours during your stay.

2 pairs of snowshoes are available, as well as 2 kayaks. Plentiful outdoor activities nearby - hiking, swimming, kayaking, XC skiing.

The cabin has an open kitchen and a great room with 1 king bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom shares 1 queen and 2 bunk beds. The bottom bunk is full sized and the top bunk is child-sized.

Enjoy morning coffee (Nespresso machine) on the loft overlooking the large triangular windows. The living room has a leather couch with a pull-out queen sofa bed.

A separate "bunk cabin" has 4 bunk beds available for an extra guest/linen fee. Cedar cedar-lined bunk cabin is a treat.

32+ page guest guide will be sent electronically after reservation. Full of recommendations for hiking, where to find supplies, restaurants, cabin information, etc.

The cabin features top-grade comfortable bed linens for our guests to enjoy.

Dry firewood and kindling are included for both indoor wood stoves and outdoor campfire pits.

Complimentary Nespresso Vertuo gourmet coffee maker with cream/sugar for all guests. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, on the upstairs loft, or on the downstairs leather couch.

Double concrete sinks and a teak shower bathroom give a spa-like feel.

Beautiful natural light. Wide plank pine floors. Dishwasher, laundry, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, heat pumps, and air conditioning. Well water. Enjoy s'mores at the outdoor fire pit.

New detached 4 bunkrooms. Great for larger groups. This bunk room has 4 bunks in a cedar-walled room. Additional linen charge for using this room. Select extra guest charge over 6. Contact us directly for details. Brings grand total sleeping capacity to 10.

Beaver Creek is in the middle of 80 acres of Maine woods with a creek and 18-acre Beaver Pond. Enjoy hiking and exploring the land.

Note: All Fly-In Pilot Guests will be required to sign a waiver on our website (Beaver Creek Maine) prior to landing and complete a phone call to discuss landing information. Search engine Beaver Creek Maine to find out more or send us a message.

Prior to using kayaks, signing of waiver is also required.
 

Other things to note

The cabin is within a 5-10 minute drive of 5+ beautiful, clean, clear Maine lakes in the 30 Mile River Watershed. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, swimming.

Fall activities include the legendary Maine foliage, hiking, and hunting.

Winter activities - XC ski up and down the runway, or alpine ski at nearby Sugarloaf or Sunday River (45 minutes). Smaller Titcomb Mountain is 20 minutes away.

Explore the 80 acres on snowshoe. Just one mile down the road from Maine interstate snowmobile trails.

The cabin has off-grid electricity, powered by solar panels and lithium-ion batteries, and a generator backup. Propane furnace, wood stove, air conditioning/heat pumps. Firewood and kindling included.

Kayaks included- just sign a waiver to use and go explore the local lakes!
